By creating an account or using GenieMade at geniemadeit.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Questions? support@geniemadeit.com.

What a free account includes

A new account receives three free images — enough to try any pack or prompt, and every one carries a certificate. Free wishes do not cover video, digital avatars, or Studio You model training; those are available on a paid plan or as a one-time purchase. We may limit how many new accounts are created from one network to keep the free tier working for people who mean to use it.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

The Service

GenieMade lets you generate AI images, cards, and related content from photos and prompts you provide, and store them in your private Vault. You retain rights to the photos you upload and to the creations you generate for your personal use, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Acceptable use

• Only upload photos you have the right to use, and only of people who have consented. Never upload a photo of a child. If you upload someone else’s likeness you confirm you have their permission to create images of them.
• Do not present a generated image as an authentic photograph of real events, or use someone’s likeness to deceive.
• Do not use the Service to create unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content, or to impersonate others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.

Purchases, plans, and credits

Paid plans and one-time purchases are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and your plan remains active through the current period. Prices and included features are shown at checkout. Credits and plan entitlements are for use within the Service and have no cash value.

Refunds

Because creations are generated on demand at real compute cost, purchases are generally non-refundable once content has been generated. If something goes wrong, contact support@geniemadeit.com and we will make it right where we reasonably can.

Content and certificates

Every creation carries a tamper-evident certificate of authenticity. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberHope AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. We will post the new effective date here.
